The Sustainable Recruitment Alliance is focused on how the world of early talent recruiting can play its part in tackling the Climate emergency. It has three main pillars:
- Review early talent recruitment, identifying opportunities to cut waste and make carbon savings
- Reduce accordingly, taking real and measurable action to ensure the sustainability of anything we do in the early talent space
- Report activities annually to the Sustainable Recruitment Alliance allowing the Alliance to build an impact report
Attendees should leave the session understanding the issues around carbon emissions associated with recruitment campaigns and attraction strategies. They should leave feeling empowered to make practical changes to their processes and inspired to weave sustainability into the heart of their campaigns.
