While we’ve all become more dependent on tools and automation to track candidate patterns, labour cost, and the business dynamics that impact total talent management, the talent landscape has shifted this year to yield the most dynamic pools of talent that some of us will ever see. Data aggregation and tools can miss submitting nuances. Sometimes returning to low-tech OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) gathering skills and tactics can reap the largest rewards, as we are forced to adapt to near-daily shifts in talent availability, cost and regulatory impacts to sourcing.
