Eric Houwen, Head of TA at Deloitte NL, will share his story about the journey of transforming the TA function at Deloitte from focusing on 'filling jobs' to becoming a true talent advisor to the business in order to solve the wider talent challenges of the organisation. For Eric and his team, this means they advise on how best to fill the talent gap; not just with perm hiring, but with a temp-hire or even through service centers on the other side of the world. This new talent advisor role also requires recruiters to show up with a different skill set, and Eric will share what he sees the gaps are and how to close them.
