Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, it is a big concept, right? And yet the Recruitment industry has an enormous potential and power to help change society around us. But as the famous quote goes, with great power, comes great responsibility. I will be exploring the different ways in which staffing leaders can work together more effectively to increase their own diversity efforts internally, as well as for their clients and candidates. I will also talk about how we can share best practice, understand data, develop standards, and remove barriers in recruitment, and for the markets we serve. My plan? It is to galvanise our industry to do good while doing well. I'm up for the challenge, are you?
