I would like to open up a talk, allowing others to feel the same as many recruiters have felt over the years - imposter syndrome. As a 13 year recruiter, I thought I was alone for many years with this feeling until I opened up. I have found that while this effects many professions, recruiters are often harder hit, especially when we are on the search for the unicorn and facing difficulties. I am based in the UK, but manage a team in Canada and recruit internationally, i am now working with my team to embrace these feelings across countries and am breaking down the boundaries of this feeling. I want to show others how to embrace, overcome and enhance the inner recruitment Rockstar!
