As a global employer, we received 5 million applications and welcomed 125,000 new hires in 2021. To ensure our ongoing competitiveness in the ever intensifying “competition for workforce”, it is vital to build a strong, authentic and consistent global employer brand and to base our brand development and employer branding activities on solid data.
Over the last 1.5 years, our global Employer Branding Team has implemented a powerful analytics and KPI system to measure our employer attractiveness and generate insights on all relevant target groups across all Lidl countries from a 360 perspective.
