At the inaugural Future.Talent, we went directly to the source and staged an exclusive Student Panel where we asked how they are taking their first steps into the working world, adapting amidst a pandemic!
The panel focused on the different experiences of four students who are currently job seeking or have recently found a career. The students came from a range of universities and subjects studied.
They discussed how they approached their search along with what they look for in potential employers as well as the impact that the Covid-19 pandemic has had on their career plans.
During the second half of the session, the Panel took questions from the audience which addressed hot topics such as assessment processes, salaries and more!
