How does recruitment technology evolve to continually unlock efficiencies
Disrupt • 20m
This session from Chris Bogh, CTO at Eploy, a leader in enterprise cloud E-Recruitment software, and Sam Jackson, Head of HR Shared Services at Mencap, looks at how to unlock additional business value after implementing recruitment technology.
Mencap is a long-standing customer of Eploy and, over that time, have been on quite a journey to transform their recruitment capability.
At the start of the recruitment automation programme, Mencap's primary challenges were to have access to relevant management information, effectively and efficiently an ever-increasing demand for new team members across the whole organisation, and ensure their career pages and employer branding reflected the company values. As a result, they had substantial success across the hiring process, onboarding and system integration to decrease administrative hours dedicated to manual recruitment activities.
Mencap's latest internal project to look at end-to-end recruitment and HR processes focused on how they could make things better, find efficiencies and add more value to the process through simplification.
Eploy is continually working on putting ownership of the recruitment platform into the customer's hands and moving more functionality into the platform’s customer-adaptable 'Flows' technology. This moves away from over-reliance on a vendor to develop the right technology platform. The session explores this model and what it takes to work, with Mencap as a case study.
