Everything at McDonald’s is innovative: the service, the brand, and of course, the food. But their hiring process needed to keep up with that innovation. With the help of a conversational AI assistant named Olivia, McDonald’s was able to automate tasks like candidate screening and interview scheduling, leading to a 65% reduction in time-to-hire, a 85% candidate satisfaction rate, and up to five hours saved per restaurant manager every week. With the extra time saved, those restaurant managers can get back to actually managing the restaurant.
